Enabling Warranty:
To enable warranty in product,s go to Settings -> Business Settings -> Products -> Enable Warranty
Using Warranty
Adding Warranty: Add warranty types by going to Products -> Warranty.
Assigning warranty for products: Go to Add/Edit product and select the warranty that is applicable for the product.
Sell with warranty: Any products which has a warranty assigned when sold will use the transaction date as the start of the warranty. You can display warranty in receipts by enabling it from the Invoice layout.
Check Warranty Information
After a product or products are sold, you can view the warranty status of these products from Warranty Management
Go to Sell > Warranty Management to search product warranty by IMEI (if IMEI was set up or invoice number. It shows up here,
To ensure warranty information shows up in invoice, enable Warranty Name and Warranty Expiry Date in Settings > Invoice Settings > Invoice Layouts
